What you&#039;ll find is that when you go vegan, over time you&#039;ll come across more and more examples of how many things in this world come from non-sustainable resources or are animal derived.  It can be overwhelming if you let it get that way, but the most important thing is to be aware of it while also remembering that you can&#039;t change everything overnight.  And sometimes you have to pick your battles.

For instance, you can get a cheap vegan mattress if you&#039;re OK with the fire retartdants that are used.  Getting a pricey mattress isn&#039;t always an option financially for people.

Follow your gut and your mind, keep learning, and don&#039;t stress about not being able to make the &quot;perfect&quot; choice (if such a thing exists) every time.  Before you know it, you&#039;ll look back and realize how far you&#039;ve come.</description>
